Are Barbie Beats Cosmetics products sold at any other retailers?

No. BarbieBeatsbyNanhy.com is the EXCLUSIVE destination for Barbie Beats Cosmetics.

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3 to 5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3 to 6 days, and 10 to 15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Does Barbie Beats Cosmetics ship to Turkey?

Unfortunately, Turkey has placed a ban on the import of all cosmetic products, so I am unable to ship my products to Turkey. 

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.

The site is down and some of the pages will not load, who should I contact?

Do you ever do giveaways?

I will do some official giveaways on my social channels from time to time. So make sure you follow me on all social channels. Also, don't forget to hashtag #BarbieBeatsbyNanhy and #BarbieBeatsCosmetics.  

How often do you restock?

It will vary. Restock dates vary depending on the product availability.

Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final. Please refer to my Refund Policy. Please note, Barbie Beats by Nanhy / Barbie Beats Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. 

I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

Response to all emails are within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact me at customerservice@barbiebeatsbynanhy.com with your inquiry.

I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the U.S may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Barbie Beats Cosmetics.

I am not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the U.S.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
